ADULTS DANCE AND FITNESS CLASSES
We promote learning in a positive environment and as a result have heaps of fun in our adults dance classes. There is a major focus on technique, because of our appreciation of good form and injury prevention. Although, we also think it is important to just enjoy movement!
Dance and health classes are available for all levels of skill and experience. So there is a class for anyone and everyone. However, if you find the class environment too intimidating to start, have an injury or wish to perfect a move, we also have private lessons.

STYLES OF ADULTS DANCE AND FITNESS CLASSES
Victory Performance Centre runs adults dance and classes across many styles which are available on our weekly schedule. We also host workshops in order to expose our dancers to different styles and teachers. Learning a variety of styles is key. It is amazing how they compliment each other. Even tap can help your ballet performance, by allowing you to better understand the movement of the ankle and knee or the musicality of the movement. We also have health and fitness classes which will improve your dancing by increasing your body awareness, your strength and mobility.
WEEKLY ADULTS CLASSES
You can attend casually to each lesson, which is perfect if your schedule changes week to week. Yay... flexibility!
Or if you can commit, we run classes on a monthly basis and would recommend that you sign up to this subscription!
